I am pleased to announce my first healthy cookbook giveaway.

Starting today, I’m going to do one giveaway per month for the next few months (maybe longer). I’ll feature a few recipes from the cookbook I’ve chosen over the course of the month to get your mouths watering and to spur you all into entering the raffle!

sweetfreedom The book I’m going to raffle off for the June Healthy Cookbook Giveaway is Sweet Freedom: Desserts You’ll Love Without Wheat, Dairy, Eggs or Refined Sugar by Ricki Heller. I received a copy late last week and made one of the delicious recipes over the weekend (watch for the blog post about it tomorrow). It’s a great healthy desserts recipe book!

The June Healthy Cookbook Giveaway is going to run from today, June 15th, until June 31st. To be eligible to win a copy of Sweet Freedom, you need to do one of the following:

  • post a legitimate comment on any post (even an older one) on Healthy Green Kitchen from now through June 31st
  • submit a healthy recipe to my website
  • link to my blog or to any page on my site (adding my blog/site to your blogroll works, too)
  • mention my blog/site on your blog/site or on another form of social media (facebook, twitter, etc.)

I can only allow one entry per person, but you are welcome to do more than one of the above!

When you’ve met the eligibility requirements, contact me with your email address and let me know. I’ll put all of the email addresses into the raffle and pick a winner at random on July 1st.

Just came to your website from Diets, Desserts & Dogs – even if I don’t win the cookbook, I win by being introduced to your blog!

I followed the link from diet, dessert, and dogs too…
The Chocolate Pecan Pie looks great (never had), but I’ve been told that pecan pies are unpalatably über sweet-is that the case here?
Please enter me in the giveaway!

I’ve been sent to your blog via Diet, Dessert and Dogs. It looks like I’ve found another great recipe blog! I’ve been reading through a few of your previous posts and there are many must tries. I’d like to be entered in the drawing as this book looks really good. My mom has Candida and I know that I would love to pass this book on to her as well. Thanks!

I have been going on raw diet for the past year, and sometimes I get into rut to make the same things ; I’m a creature of habits. I always get inspired to make different things whenever I stumble into creative intriguing recipes. I love sweets so I very much appreciate learning more of new recipes.

I would love to win this cookbook. I cook for the family every night and I know they are getting tired of the same meals every week. They are just to kind to tell me. I just need a little help with some healthy new ideas.
